MedicalCodingJobs (a unit of INFOMETIZ) helps candidates find healthcare jobs. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you register: your name, email, mobile number, city, education, work experience, skills, job preferences (locations, work mode, night shifts), certifications and registration details (such as AAPC or AHIMA member ID and expiry date), optional date of birth and salary details, and your CV.
Why we collect it
- To show your profile to our HR team so they can contact you about suitable jobs.
- To share your profile and CV with hiring companies for jobs that match you. Companies using our site do not get your CV or contact details from the site itself. Our HR team shares them.
- To check that your certificates are genuine and still valid, and to remind you when they are about to expire.
- To send you one-time codes by email (and by SMS where enabled) so we know your contact details are real.
What we do not do
- We never charge candidates for any job, interview or registration.
- We do not sell your data.
Who can see your data
Our HR team, and hiring companies we share your profile with for a specific job. Our hosting provider stores the data on its servers.
Your choices
You can edit your profile at any time from My profile. You can deactivate it there to hide it from our HR team, or delete your account permanently, and we will then remove your profile and CV from our site. Our copies in backups are removed on the normal backup cycle. To ask anything about your data, email support@medicalcodingjobs.com.
Cookies
We use one session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
