- Graduate in any stream (preferably Life Sciences).
- CPC Certification in US Healthcare Coding is mandatory.
- Preferably 0–1 years of experience in US Healthcare Medical Coding.
- Flexibility to work in US working hours and night shifts.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail.
